I am thinking of buying Bedarra now known as Poco Loco. When was she built? a advertisement says 1981 and this can't be right i have Been around David's boats for many years racing a Boomerang 20 and was well known in Pittwater running scotland Island Sailing school.

I don't know really but I agree, 1981 doesn't sounds right. David would know though as he's got records on all his boats.

I have a Membership list of 1985 and C18/ #20 was named "Seagull" at that time and the owners were at Lindfield, Sydney.
At that stage the boat was somewhere near 15 years old and it may have had other owners and names.

No 20 is very early in the piece. If in fact was Seagull as 20 is listed was built for John Meredith whose family owned Neptune Engineering now only a plaque on the shore of Lavender Bay. We cruised the Myall Lakes with them over Xmas 1971
